Complaints

A customer who is unsatisfied with Pet ID Equine should write/email explaining the complaint.

The acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint or appeal will be provided.

Written confirmation will be provided within 15 days of how the complaint is to be dealt with.

Written confirmation of the outcome, including any procedures to appeal that outcome will be provided.
